Khrabrovo airport

In 2017, Prancor designed and manufactured 4,296 LED lamps for indoor lighting at the new terminal of the Khrabrovo airport (Kaliningrad). The luminaires were made according to individual projects. They fit into the modern design of the terminal and provide the required level of illumination.

For the airport, two models of recessed linear luminaires in a metal case with a capacity of 60 W and 20 W, painted with white powder paint, were developed. Luminaire color temperature: 4000K.

Yantar-Holl

Yantar-Holl

In 2015, the Prancor plant manufactured stainless steel cladding panels for the facade of the Yantar Hall cultural center (Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region). "Yantar-Hall" is one of the main attractions of the city. A grotesque building with an elaborate undulating facade is a real decoration of the central street of Svetlogorsk. The multifunctional entertainment center with a museum, an ultra-modern cinema, cozy cafes and restaurants immediately stands out among the small houses of the resort city.

A Finn Power X5 coordinate turret press was used in the production. In total, 1900 m2 of sheets were produced (950 panels with dimensions of 1.5x1000x2000 mm).

Street Lighting Improvement Program

In the Kaliningrad region, a program for the modernization of street lighting has been implemented since 2017: outdated gas-discharge lamps are being replaced with modern energy-efficient LED lamps.

As part of energy service contracts, Prancor has manufactured more than 15,000 lamps for PEC JSC. Installation works have already been carried out in Gusev, Ozersk, Neman, Zelenogradsk, Svetlogorsk, Pionersk, Mamonovo and other municipalities of the region.

The service life of energy efficient LED lamps produced by Prancor is five times longer than that of gas discharge lamps. Modernization of street lighting in the Kaliningrad region will reduce electricity consumption by at least 40%, as well as reduce maintenance costs by about 5 times.

RDW Technology

RDW-Technology

In 2022, the Russian vendor RDW Technology began mass production of a barebone platform under the RDW Computers brand at the facilities of the Technopolis GS cluster enterprises. This is the only monoblock platform, the release of which is localized in Russia. Cases for barebones are made at the Prankor factory. Galvanized steel parts are produced by cold stamping, ABS plastic parts are produced by plastic injection molding.

The device is a monoblock for self-assembly of a computer with the desired configuration. This is the basis to which the user can add a processor, video adapter, RAM and permanent memory.

The first batch of barebones produced amounted to 2,000 pieces, by the end of 2022 it is planned to produce 10,000 pieces.
